KASHMIR featuring Jean Violet is excited to announce that they will be
performing the iconic 1975 Earl’s Court concerts, widely regarded as the pinnacle of Led Zeppelin’s live show history!
The shows were a stunning achievement both sonically and visually for the band, as well as a logistical marvel by promoters Mel Bush and Peter Grant, who secured extra trains to provide rail service (dubbed “Zeppelin Express”) from all points in the UK to the Earl’s Court rail hub.
After two consecutive tours of the US, Earl’s Court was Led Zep’s long awaited and triumphant return home to England. The shows were supporting their just released Physical Graffiti album with it’s instant classics “Kashmir”, “In My Time of Dying” and “Trampled Under Foot”, as well as their Houses of the Holy album (which had yet to be performed live in the UK) and the amazing “Song Remains the Same”, “Rain Song” and “No Quarter”, and various favorites from their earlier releases, as well. KASHMIR featuring Jean Violet looks forward to bringing you our recreation of these Earl’s Court shows, highlighting the power and magnitude of Led Zeppelin in full flight.
