FAQ

Ticketmaster handles our phone and internet sales. You can reach them by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or online at ticketmaster.com. Tickets are also available without a service fee directly at the Sony Hall box office, located at 235 W 46th St (b/n 7th & 8th Ave). We are nearby the 42nd St A/C/E, 50th St C/E, 47th-50th St B/D/F/M, and 49th St N/R/W. The box office can be reached by phone at 212-997-5123.

We are open 11am-5pm 7 days a week, and 5pm thru end of show on show nights. We are closed during private events. Please consult our show calendar for schedule or call box office for more information.

We always try, and are usually able to release limited tickets at the doors around showtime for sold out shows. When we open tickets, we do so first come, first serve to those in line outside. For this reason, we advise the earlier you get here, the better your chance of getting one. We do not know specifics in advance, such as how many will be available or when you should arrive. Please note any standby tickets we release are standing room only, one per customer, and day of show price.

We are wheelchair accessible, however table seating is still done first come, first serve. Please contact us closer to the date of the show you are attending and we will see if we can hold seating for you.

You can find this information on individual show pages, but most of our concerts are open to all ages. We do occasionally host events that are 18+ or 21+.

All ticket sales are final. Please contact the box office with any further questions.

Seating for General Admission ticket holders is done first come, first serve when doors open.  We sell VIP Reserved Seating tickets for most of our shows, which include a guaranteed seat in a designated section, however the exact seating is still first come, first served.

We have two main room setups – seated (where there are tables on the main floor) and standing (where the floor is open).  Both setups have seating available for GA ticket holders, but it is more limited for standing shows.  It’s also important to note that even for seated shows, tables can run out.  Once seating is full, all guests are standing room only.  For this reason we advise to arrive early when it comes to securing seating and getting the best tables!

If you have a question about a particular show, please call our box office.
